You’ve failed the cabin crew interview before
This course is ideal for you.
Number of interviews passed or failed is not a reliable measure of suitability.
Maybe you freeze up. Maybe your answers ramble. Maybe the tasks confuse you. Maybe it was just the wrong airline, wrong assessor, wrong side of the bed.
Whatever the reason for your rejections, this course will help you unpick, refine, and sharpen your approach, so that you bring your best self next time.
But, as always, there are some caveats…so keep reading.

For the crew I’d trust at 36,000 feet
This course is not for those applicants trying to cheat the process.
If breaking the rules, sneaking past requirements, or following cheatsheets is your thing, this course will not work for you. But if you want to succeed ethically and morally, you’ll fit right in.
With that in mind, let’s begin with our responsibility to the airline, the passengers, and the regulatory bodies.

Airline Eligibility Pre-requisites – The death knell
You’re stepping into an industry with some non-negotiable standards. The following are those which will slam a death knell in your dream box.
| Typical Requirements | |
|---|---|
| → Criminal record. | Able to pass an airport security vetting procedure, including a multi-year background check. |
| → Travel restrictions. | Hold a valid passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel. |
| → Height. | Depends on the airline. Taller than 5’2″ (158cm). Shorter than 6’2″ (188cm). |
| → Reach. | Depends on the airline. 212cm is a typical minimum. |
| → Tattoos on neck or face. | None (however, times are changing). |
| → Extreme facial piercings. | None (however, times are changing). |
| → Visible tattoos in uniform. | Depends on the airline. |
* These are not all the minimum requirements, just the permanent “deal-breakers”.
Sadly, I cannot help you if you don’t meet those unbending requirements.

For career seekers
If becoming cabin crew is a short-term goal, you’ll have itchy feet by the end of leg one. But, if you see aviation as a long-term career, you’ve just passed another eligibility check.
This course is written for serious candidates. For those ready to build habits, instincts, and behavioural readiness that last well beyond assessment day.
If that sounds like you…you’ll love it here. Keep scrolling.

This course is not an espresso shot
If your interview’s already on the horizon — tomorrow, next week — it’s too late to change much, so go give it your best. And if it doesn’t land, come back. I’ll show you what really happened in that room.
I believe in habit building, not rote memorisation. That’s why we’ll take a little time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the journey. Because interview prep doesn’t have to be stressful or boring.
We train like it matters — because it does. When things go south at altitude, there’s no shortcut for competence.

If reading makes you roll your emoji eyes, (◔_◔)🙄 this course might not be for you.
Cabin crew training is not for the scroll-and-swipe crowd. The operation manuals could crush a toddler. Regulations, routines, safety standards, and service protocols will have you leafing through 1000 pages on just two hours of sleep.
In this course, you’ll do some serious learning too. But unlike those joyless manuals, I’ve sprinkled the pages with personality, a dash of sass, and the occasional wink. It’s hard truths, delivered without the soul-sapping boredom. Not to mention, here you get audio companions for every lesson.
But, speaking of eye roll emoji’s…

I’m not everyone’s cup of tea
You’re not getting a textbook here. You’re getting me.
This course is written the way I speak — conversational, candid, occasionally funny,, and designed to make the interview feel like part of the adventure, not something to endure.
And just as airlines have their own distinct culture, you’ve just stepped into mine: think Virgin flair with a spit and polish of Emirates’ refinement — and a dollop of Mr Bean.
If my personality grates on you, fair enough. Twenty-eight airline recruiters didn’t like me either. But Emirates did, and that’s the version you’re getting as your guide through this process.
